Agreement

I understand if I am booked for the Beyond King Tut Experience, I will act as a representative of go MLR. I will uphold appearance standards and professionalism as stated in the contractor agreement. I will also ensure to arrive at the designated call times and will communicate to the management team if I am experiencing a delay. Attendee count will vary per day. Attendees will choose from a pre-fixed menu including: Hieroglyphic airbrush tattoos, Egyptian eye makeup, hair braiding, and or nail design. All products we provide are disposable and/or easily sanitized for reuse. All stylist must be able to work under pressure and uphold strict sanitation practices at all times. I also understand for my time, I will receive a rate of $20 USD per hour plus tips. Payment will be issued on a bi-weekly schedule. You will be notified by e-mail when payment is ready via our direct deposit system. This booking may be subject to cancellation at anytime due to unforeseen reasons.
